The Merry Fitness 5K is scheduled for Saturday, December 13, 2025, at ELJ Farms, 133 Batting Cage Trail, Jacksonville, NC 28540. The event distance is 5K. Logistics and policies
Packet pick-up is available on Thursday, December 11 (4:30–6:30 PM) at the New River YMCA, and on Friday, December 12 (5:30–7:30 PM) at Eggs Up Grill. Race day packet pick-up is listed as 7:00–7:30 AM at ELJ Farms. Race shirts are offered as an add-on for $15 each if purchased by November 26, 2025. Marathon Kids participants do not need to register individually; their registration will be handled through their team.
The event is described as occurring rain or shine. Organizers may postpone for inclement weather and will cancel if conditions do not allow safe completion. Inclement weather examples include severe winds over 35 miles per hour and lightning detected within 10 miles. If the event is canceled due to an Act of God or other circumstances beyond the race director's control, there will be no refunds, credits, or transfers.
