Martinsburg Sprint and Super Sprint Triathlon
The Martinsburg Sprint and Super Sprint events take place on July 18, 2026 at War Memorial Park, 500 N. Tennessee Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25401, United States. The event is presented by Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation and WVU Medicine. Registration opens December 10, 2025 and closes July 18, 2026.
Event distances and entry fees:
- Super Sprint Triathlon: 150 yd swim; 6 mi bike; 2.5 km run; fee $55
- Sprint Triathlon: 300 yd swim; 12 mi bike; 5 km run; fee $75
- Duathlon Sprint Distance: 12 mi bike; 5 km run; fee $65
- Aquabike Sprint Distance: 300 yd swim; 12 mi bike; fee $45
- Relay Sprint create team: swim 300 yd; bike 12 mi; run 5 km; fee $135
- Relay Sprint join team: swim 300 yd; bike 12 mi; run 5 km; fee $0
Changes for 2026 include a new and improved course, updated bike distances, a sprint duathlon option, and a sprint relay option. A course map is listed as coming soon. One relay entry option requires joining an existing relay team. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
