Maple & Cheese 5K

The Maple & Cheese 5K takes place in the Granary District of Salt Lake City, Utah as part of the Salt Lake Criterium, a weekend long festival of professional and amateur bike racing. A criterium, or crit race, is a high speed road race held on a closed course. The run will use the same closed course before the cycling events begin.

Packet pick-up is scheduled the day before the event on Friday, August 14, and on the morning of the event on Saturday, August 15. A podium and awards ceremony follows the running event. Strollers are welcome, and participants are asked to be mindful of others on the course.

The weekend festival includes bike races throughout the day, an expo, food vendors, a beer garden, live music and other on-site activities.
