2026 Live Well 5k
The Live Well 5k takes place in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden - Worship Center. This chip-timed event follows a loop course around the church property. Participants have the option to compete in person or join via a virtual run for those unable to attend at the venue.

Participants in the 5k will find a water station located at the halfway point of the course. Restrooms are accessible inside the church building. The event organizers provide race day registration and packet pickup on-site, with a recommendation for attendees to arrive one hour before the start to complete check-in.
Registered participants receive a finisher medal and an event shirt. T-shirts are guaranteed for those who register by October 14, with a limited number of extra shirts available on a first-come, first-served basis after that date. Following the race, food from Uncle Fred’s BBQ is provided. An awards ceremony recognizes the top three male and female finishers overall, as well as the first and second place finishers in various age categories ranging from 19 and under to 70 and over. Results are posted live online and can be accessed via a QR code at the site.
