Dashing to Summer's End 10k

The 2025 Dashing to Summer’s End 5k & 10k takes place at Belle Haven Park in Alexandria, VA, on a paved, mostly flat course along the Mount Vernon Trail. The 5k runs out-and-back before turning along the trail; the 10k continues an extra 1.55 miles before a second turnaround. The route features four water stations on the longer loop and two on the 5k.

Runners receive a finisher’s medal, technical shirt, and chip timing. The event benefits the EOD Warrior Foundation and offers a virtual option, year-long series points, and a Back of the Pack division. Live results are posted via Athlinks with on-site QR code results.
