9-11 Memorial 5K and Half
The event takes place on September 12, 2026 at 4940 Canal Rd NW in Washington, DC, in the Georgetown area near the Nation's Capital. It features in-person races that use the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal path.
The course layout differs for each distance. The half marathon begins and ends in Georgetown near the Potomac Boat Club. The 5K begins and ends at Fletcher's Boat House. Walkers are welcome to attend.
