9-11 Memorial 5k & Half
The event takes place on September 12, 2026, at 4940 Canal Rd NW in Washington, DC, in the Georgetown area near the Nation’s Capital. Both on-site race options run along the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path, with different start and finish locations in Georgetown.
The half marathon begins and ends near the Potomac Boat Club in Georgetown. The 5K begins and ends at Fletcher’s Boathouse. Walkers are welcome to attend.
