Lighthouse 5k Series : Corolla, NC
The Lighthouse 5k Series is a community running event presented by Brindley Beach Vacations, held on July 29, 2026, in Corolla, North Carolina. The event marks the 16th annual running and offers timed road races that tour the Historic Village of Corolla Light.

The course starts and finishes in front of the Historic Mansion at The Whalehead Club (1100 Club Road) and passes local attractions including the Whalehead Club, Corolla Light, and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. Onsite amenities include plentiful parking and restrooms. Walk-up registration and pre-registered packet pickup are available race morning at the start line.
All entries include an event t-shirt, a finisher medallion, and chip timing. The event is walker and stroller friendly; service dogs are allowed and other pets are not. Awards are presented for top finishers by gender and age groups, including top three overall male and female, first place Masters (over 40) male and female, and first place Youth (14 and under) male and female.
