Leatherman's Loop - 10k trail race at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation
Leatherman's Loop is a 10k trail race held in spring on April 26, 2026, at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation in Cross River, New York. The event is organized by Leatherman's Loop Races and takes place on park trails near Reservation Road in Cross River, NY 10518.
Entry to the Loop is managed by a lottery because of the event's popularity. The race is USATF sanctioned and insured; as a result, dogs are not permitted to run in the event. Leashed dogs are allowed in the park at other times.
Race registration incorporates the park entry fee so the park does not collect parking fees separately from entrants on race morning.
