Aid stations are fully stocked roughly every 4 to 5 miles with fruit, salty snacks, candy, water, and Skratch electrolyte drink; runners are advised to carry at least 20 oz of water between stations. The event is cupless; participants are asked to bring their own fluid container. Drop bags are allowed for the 30K, Marathon, and 50K at the Start/Finish. Bibs indicate the chosen distance and shirts are provided to pre-registered runners; all finishers receive a custom medal and 50K finishers also receive a custom coaster.
The course uses polka-dot flagging to indicate turns and blue ribbons to mark wrong ways. Headphones are permitted on dirt road sections only. Parking at the park has a $5 fee; pets are not allowed on course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
