Miles for Migraine - San Francisco 2026 is a fundraising event held on October 24, 2026 at the Music Concourse Bandshell in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. The event combines on-site activities in a festival area with running, walking, and a virtual participation option. Speakers and sponsor booths are part of the festival area, and a Relax tent provides seating and low‑stimulus activities such as coloring.

Event distance options include:

• 2 Mile Untimed Walk
• 5K Chip Timed Run

The 5K run is professionally chip timed. The untimed 2-mile walk and the Relax option are free; donations are encouraged. A virtual participant option is available that can include a participant shirt and mailed swag bag for an additional charge. Participant shirts are a separate purchase for most in-person options. All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal. Participants can wear purple flair for a prize opportunity.

Funds raised support Miles for Migraine programs and services, as well as the UCSF Heache Center and UCSF Children's Hospital to help local migraine research and fellowship training. Fundraising prizes and awards are offered based on levels and performance, including top individual and team fundraisers and overall race placings.
