Miles for Migraine - San Francisco 2026
Miles for Migraine - San Francisco is the 18th annual event held at the Music Concourse Bandshell in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, on October 24, 2026. The event is a fundraiser for migraine and headache awareness, treatment, and research, with proceeds supporting Miles for Migraine programs as well as the UCSF Headache Center and UCSF Children’s Hospital for local research and fellowship training.
The program features pre-event speakers and a festival area with sponsors. Event participation options include an untimed 2-mile walk, a professionally chip-timed 5K run, an on-site Relax option that provides a seating and low-stimulation area, and a virtual participation option that can include mailed participant swag for an additional charge. Walk and Relax registrations are free while donations are encouraged. All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal. Participants wearing purple may be eligible for a prize.
Packet pick-up is available at Sports Basement Presidio the day before the event and at the event site on the morning of the event.
