Miles for Migraine - San Francisco 2026
Miles for Migraine holds its 18th annual event on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at the Music Concourse Bandshell in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. The event is a fundraiser for migraine and headache awareness, treatment and research. Funds raised will support Miles for Migraine free programs and services as well as the UCSF Heache Center and UCSF Children's Hospital to support local migraine research and fellowship training.
Event offerings include:
- 2 Mile Untimed Walk free; participants may turn around at any point.
- Relax free; access to speakers and festival area but not to the event course.
- 5K Chip Timed Run professionally timed; registration fees apply.
- Virtual Event Participant includes a participant shirt; swag bag mailing available for an additional charge and includes a bib and finisher medal.
All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal. The event features pre-event speakers and a festival area with sponsors. Participants are invited to wear purple for a chance to receive a prize. Packet pick-up is available Friday, October 23 at Sports Basement Presidio and on event day at the site before the event.
