The Lace 'em + Race 'em series provides a consistent environment for participants to track their progress throughout the 2026 season. Located in Vadnais Heights, the event utilizes a single course for multiple dates, permitting runners to monitor improvements in speed and endurance over time. Registration is open to various age groups, and participants under the age of 18 are eligible to enter for free when accompanied by a registered adult.
