Race Distances

Event Details

The 10K course features a route along the Mississippi River. The event includes a Finish Festival located at Minnehaha Falls Regional Park. For participants of the 10 Mile distance, there is a required minimum pace of 15 minutes per mile, with a finish time limit of 2.5 hours. There are no time limits for the 5K or 10K distances.

Strollers are permitted for participants in the 5K distance or shorter. Pets are not permitted on the course.

Accessibility and Sustainability

The event provides free access to Metro Transit bus and light rail services on race day for registered participants and volunteers. It also features a bike valet service at the Finish Festival. Sustainability efforts include the use of reusable silicone cups at fluid stations and waste stream management with dedicated bins and volunteers.
