Kornfest Fun Run
The Kornfest Fun Run is a community running and walking event in Holmen, Wisconsin, organized by the Holmen Knights of Columbus as the event's primary fundraiser. It includes competitive races and a non competitive walk, and supports local charitable work for Holmen, Onalaska, and La Crosse area families.
Event distances:
- 10K Run (competitive, chip timed)
- 2 Mile Run (competitive, chip timed)
- 2 Mile Non Competitive Walk (no time, not eligible for awards or results)
All registered participants receive a commemorative 2027 Kornfest Fun Run t shirt. Bibs include a disposable timing chip and live race results will be posted online. There will be music and light refreshments, including bananas and water, available for participants.
Awards and prizes include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals for overall male and female finishers in the two race distances, across age group categories from youth through 70 plus. There is also a prize drawing for children ages 0 to 13 who complete the 10K or 2 mile run.
Registration opens March 1. Fee tiers are listed by age in the event information, with youth and adult pricing and a day of event fee. Packet pickup and late registration are available on race day and card payments are accepted on site. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
