The event takes place at the Onalaska Omni Center in Onalaska, WI. It offers multiple race options and a separate dog jog held on the 2-mile course.

Registration is tiered by date: Early Bird through Oct. 31, Regular Nov. 1 - Nov. 22, and Race Week Nov. 23 - Nov. 26. Adult fees are listed for each tier (Early Bird $27, Regular $35, Race Week $40). Youth under 18 is $15 across tiers. Dog registration is $5. Race week registrants are not guaranteed preferred shirt sizes.
Packet pick-up is held at the Onalaska Omni Center with days and times listed for the Wednesday before the event and on Thanksgiving morning. Participants should have their registration confirmation QR code or email for pick-up.
Parking is available at several nearby locations including the Onalaska Omni Center and Aquatic Center parking lots, First Free Church, R.W. Houser Family YMCA, and the Onalaska School District Omni Center Athletic Fields. Riders Club Road will be closed east of the Omni Center; access from Hwy 35 is noted for some lots.
Volunteer roles are available the afternoon before and on Thanksgiving morning; volunteers receive a free event shirt. Snacks and a personal pumpkin pie are provided after finish. Dog rules restrict dogs from buildings during pick-up and from the 5-mile course; owners must clean up after their pets. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
