Registration pricing and periods are published:
- Early Bird through Oct. 31: Adults $27, Youth under 18 $15, Dog $5
- Regular Nov. 1–22: Adults $35, Youth $15, Dog $5
- Race Week Nov. 23–26: Adults $40, Youth $15, Dog $5 Race week registrants are not guaranteed preferred shirt sizes.
Bib and t-shirt pick-up is at the Onalaska Omni Center. Pick-up dates and times are Wednesday, November 25, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and Thanksgiving morning, 6:30 am to 7:30 am. Participants should bring the confirmation email QR code; packages for others require that person’s QR code.
Parking is available at multiple nearby locations including the Omni Center lots, Aquatic Center, First Free Church, YMCA, and Omni Center athletic fields. Riders Club Road will be open west of the Omni Center and closed east of the Omni Center to East Avenue North; only participants coming from Highway 35 can access the Omni Center and Aquatic Center lots from that direction.
Dog jog rules note that dogs are not allowed inside buildings during pick-up or on race morning, dogs run only on the 2-Mile course, and dogs on the 5-Mile course will receive disqualified chip times. Snacks and personal pumpkin pie are available after finishing. Volunteers are needed the afternoon of Wednesday, November 25 and Thanksgiving morning; volunteers receive a free event shirt. Official merchandise is available at four Festival Foods locations in the Coulee Region from Oct. 1 to Nov. 24 and at the Onalaska Omni Center on Nov. 25 and Nov. 26.
