Catfish Days 5K & 10K Run : Trempealeau, WI
The Catfish Days race is a community running event held on July 11, 2026, at the base of the hill at 11321 Main Street, Trempealeau, Wisconsin. The course runs along the Mississippi River and passes into Perrot Park, offering a riverside and park route.
Race options include both five kilometer and ten kilometer distances with shirt and no-shirt registration choices. On-site registration and packet pick-up are available the day of the race, and early packet pick-up is offered the evening before the event. Shirts and buttons are guaranteed only for preregistered participants; a limited number of shirts may be available for purchase on race day. Same-day registration carries a higher fee and shirts are not included. No credit cards are accepted for on-site registration.
Awards are given to overall male and female finishers in each distance in the form of a trophy mug, with medals for the next three male and female finishers in each age category. Age categories start at 12 and under and continue in decade groups up to 80 and up.
Proceeds support the Trempealeau Lions and local Girls and Boys G-E-T cross country and track teams. Organizers state they will provide any required health or safety protocols for race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
