Kiplin Hall & Gardens 10k
The event is a 10-kilometre trail race held within the enclosed estate of Kiplin Hall, a Jacobean historic house near Scorton, Richmond, North Yorkshire DL10 6AT. The marked route passes through formal gardens, woodland trail, grassland and lakeside paths and is compact in layout. Because the course stays entirely inside the estate, it is suitable for runners new to trail events and provides a short evening option for more experienced trail runners.
All finishers receive a hot drink and cake; dietary requirements can be indicated on entry. Trophies are awarded to first to third place overall for men and women and to first to third in each age group. Free car parking is provided and is limited to around 220 cars. The course is spectator friendly with multiple passing points and refreshments available for purchase in the gardens. A course map will be made available. Entry is restricted to those aged 18 or older. Entry fees are listed as Affiliated £22.00 and Unaffiliated £24.00. There are no entries available on the day. Optional technical T-shirts are offered at £12.00 each; to guarantee a shirt order by 31st Sept 2026. The event follows a cancellation refund policy with 75% refund up to 12 weeks before the event, 50% from 12 to 4 weeks, and no refund within 4 weeks. Running with dogs is not permitted.
