Raby Castle Trail Runs

Raby Castle Trail Runs takes place at Raby Castle, Staindrop, Darlington, DL2 3AH. The event offers 5-, 10-, and 15-mile trail routes around the castle grounds, longer distances by laps. Runners traverse about 200 acres of mixed terrain—rough trails, firm paths, grass paths and woodland—through parkland where red and fallow deer roam.

The course is moderately undulating with scenic views as towers emerge through trees. Canicross-friendly with one dog per runner. On-site parking is free, live chip-timing, finish medal, snack and drink; optional T-shirt.
