Event overview
Jingle Trails presented by Merrell is a trail running event on December 13, 2025, at McAllister Park, Optimist Pavilion, San Antonio, TX. The event offers the following race distances:
- 10K
- 5K
The 10K follows the Blue Loop and will include a short detour due to current construction, making the course slightly longer. The 5K follows the Red Trail. Both races overlap on the return section of the course. The course surface includes dirt, roots, rocks, and gravel. The majority of the course is technical terrain and is not stroller or dog friendly.
Logistics and race features
Registration prices listed are $50 for the 10K and $40 for the 5K. Packet pickup is available at a local running store on December 11 and at the Optimist Pavilion on race day. A short warm up will be offered by YogaSix before the races.
All finishers receive a finisher's medal. A canvas tote is offered to the first 200 registered participants. Awards include 1st and 2nd overall and masters places for male and female in each distance; there are no age group awards. Complimentary Shiner beer is provided at the finish. Organizers do not offer refunds of registration fees for any reason; third-party race insurance is available during registration. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
