About the race
The Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Adirondack Health is an untimed fun run and walk held in Lake Placid on December 12, 2026. The course is a 2.5 Miles loop around Mirror Lake with a generally flat route, starting and finishing at Lake Placid Public Beach. The event is positioned as family-friendly and festive.
Pre-registration and packet pick up are available the day before at the Lake Placid Beach House, and day-of registration is offered at the Lake Placid Beach House on race day. Registration opens August 25, 2026 and closes December 11, 2026. Entry fees are $20 for online registration completed by December 11 and $25 for day-of registration. Children 12 and under register free; all participants must register. The first 100 participants receive a Holiday Village Stroll hat.
The event includes a community book drive for the Adirondack Health Patient Comfort Cart; attendees may bring new or gently used books to stock the cart for adult patients. Pets are not permitted. Festive attire is welcome, including holiday hats, jingle bells, or costumes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
