The Lake Placid Marathon and Half and 10K takes place on Sunday, June 14, 2026, in Lake Placid, NY. The event includes the following distances:

Event entry prices listed on the organizer site are $107 for the Marathon, $96.40 for the Half Marathon, and $85.80 for the 10K. Prices increase after January 28, 2026.
Course and services
Both the Marathon and Half Marathon begin and end on Main St. at the Olympic Speedskating Oval. The Half Marathon is a single out-and-back loop; the Marathon is a double out-and-back. The course includes flat sections, rolling terrain and some hills, with mountain views, open and shaded areas, a class III trout stream and Mirror Lake along the route. Well-stocked aid stations are available. There is a six-hour course limit for each race.
Athlete benefits listed by the organizer include post-race food, a finisher medal and a 2026 race T-shirt. Athlete gifts are not guaranteed for registrations after May 9, 2026.
Registration and policies
Age restrictions apply: the Marathon is limited to those 16 years and older, and younger entrants under 18 must have a parent sign registration in person. The Half Marathon has a minimum age of 13. Transfers and refunds are not available; deferrals are subject to approval and a re-registration fee. Entry fees include a charity component supporting local and global charities.
