Event overview
The event takes place on July 4, 2026, at the Grand Park Lake Courtyard on Farrow Parkway in Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. The program includes three events: a 5K Run/Walk, a 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, and the Stars and Stripes Kids' Dash (50 yards). Registration is available online only and the Kids' Dash is free with online registration.

The course is USATF certified (Course #SC21001BW). There is no water stop on the course. Animals, baby joggers, baby strollers, skateboards, roller blades, unauthorized bicycles, and other wheeled devices are not permitted on the race course and may result in disqualification.
Packet pickup is scheduled on days before the event at Native Sons (1519 Executive Ave., MB) and on race day at the Grand Park Lake Courtyard. Free parking is available in the Farrow Parking Garage next to Nacho Hippo and along side streets in Market Common. Portable restrooms are located in the courtyard.
Race items: participant shirts for the 5K and 1 Mile while supplies last, medals for 5K and 1 Mile participants, race bibs for all events, an option to purchase a shirt for the Kids' Dash, and a finisher gift for kids. Awards include overall and masters places and age-group awards for multiple male and female age divisions; there are no awards for the 1 Mile or Kids' Dash.
