Event overview
The 16th Annual Surfside Rotary Turkey Trot is a community race on November 27, 2025 in Surfside Beach, SC (11 Ocean Blvd S). The event includes a 5K Run/Walk and a free Gobbler Kids' Dash of 50 yards. The 5K route begins with a view of the ocean, runs along Ocean Blvd, and continues through neighborhood streets.

Registration is available online and closes on November 27, 2025. The 5K entry fee is listed as $45. The Gobbler Kids' Dash is free but requires online registration.
Logistics and rules
Race timing is by gun for overall awards and by chip for age group awards. There is no water stop on course. Post-race water and snacks are provided for participants. Race swag includes a 5K participant shirt (while supplies last), participant medals, and race bibs. If a participant does not attend packet pickup before race day, the shirt will be distributed after completing the event; bibs are given on race morning.
Packet pickup is available the day before at Dave & Buster’s (1322 Celebrity Circle, MB) and on race day near the start/finish line. Parking is free adjacent to Ocean Blvd and Surfside Pier. Portable restrooms are available near the start/finish. Animals, strollers, and most wheeled devices are not permitted on the course; ADA-recognized service animals and mobility aids are permitted with prior notification at bib pickup.
