Logistics and other details
Packet pickup is scheduled at the Amenity Center on Wednesday, Nov. 27 (4:00 PM to 8:00 PM) and on race day (7:30 AM to 8:30 AM). Race day registration is available at the Start/Finish area near the Amenity Center. The race course begins and ends inside the Plantation Lakes Community; a race map is provided by the organizer.
Main parking is available at the Amenity Center. Overflow parking is directed to the left side of Shoreward Dr (just past Juxa Dr). Participants are asked not to block resident driveways and to avoid parking on the shoulder of Juxa Dr or Wacobee Dr, as those roads are part of the race route. Event entry fees listed by the organizer include $16, $27.50, and $22.50 for the different events, with prices increasing after November 7, 2025.
