About the race
Hyrox Sim presented by F45 Black Rock and F45 Amherst is a HYROX simulation event on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at DICK'S House of Sport, 4200 Ridge Lea Road, Snyder, NY 14226. The event uses a "Half-Run" format that reduces running intervals while retaining seven of eight functional movement stations. Participants compete in Open (individual) and Doubles (split the work, run together) divisions.
The event is in person, for ages 18 and up, and includes free parking. Sales are final and there are no refunds. Each participant completes the same circuit of running segments and stations. The workout flow includes the following stations and distances: - 500 m Run (four laps; instead of 1 km) - 1000 m SkiErg - 500 m Run - 50 m Sled Push - 500 m Run - 80 m Burpee Broad Jumps - 500 m Run - 1000 m Row - 500 m Run - 200 m Farmers Carry - 500 m Run - 100 m Sandbag Lunges - 500 m Run - 100 Wall Balls F45 trainers will be on the floor to judge form, provide coaching, and manage transitions.
