HYROX Sim FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS - Amherst
This event is a simulated HYROX race presented by F45 Black Rock and F45 Amherst at DICK'S House of Sport in Snyder, NY on Friday, July 31, 2026. The format is a modified "Half-Run" simulation: participants complete seven of eight functional movement stations while running intervals are reduced to half the usual distance.
The session is designed as a continuous circuit of runs and station work completed within a roughly 50 minute session. Each participant completes repeated segments that include running and machine or load-based stations such as 500m runs, 1000m SkiErg, sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, 1000m rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. F45 trainers will be on the floor to observe form and guide transitions. Divisions listed include Open (individual) and Doubles, where pairs split the work and run together.
