Hudson Valley Triathlon Club Summer Tri Series Race 3
The Hudson Valley Triathlon Club Summer Tri Series holds its third race at Kenneth L. Wilson State Park in Mount Tremper, New York. The series is in its 24th year and the event takes place near Woodstock, about two hours north of New York City and one hour south of Albany.
This race is a USAT sanctioned Super Sprint triathlon with the following course distances:
- 400 m swim
- 12 mile bike
- 2 mile run
An AquaBike option is offered for individual competitors only; AquaBike entries are not available for relay teams. Relay teams are allowed in the triathlon event. Paratriathletes are welcome.
The event is one of three races in the Summer Tri Series. Competitors may race a single event or the entire three-race series. Points are awarded at each race and the series honors the top five male and top five female finishers at the end of the season.
