Holy Trail Festival of Running
The Holy Trail Festival of Running is an inaugural event held in Suffolk. It features two ultramarathon distances: 50 km and 50 miles. The event is licensed by the Trail Runners Association and held under UK Athletics rules.
The 50-mile race is a circular route starting and finishing at Nicholas Everitt Park in Oulton Broad. It has a 15-hour time limit. The 50 km race starts at Holton Village Hall and finishes at Nicholas Everitt Park, with a 10-hour time limit.
Race entry includes a medal, food and drink at checkpoints, GPS tracking, first aid services, and a light meal with hot drinks at the finish. Prizes are awarded for the top three finishers in Female and Male/Open categories. An optional event t-shirt is available for purchase.
Entries are open for participants aged 20 and over. The event welcomes female, male, and non-binary entrants. Deferrals are not allowed, but transfers of entries to other participants are permitted until a specified date.
