Hillsborough Castle & Gardens Running Festival
The Hillsborough Castle & Gardens Running Festival, presented by Gateley, takes place on July 27, 2025, in Hillsborough, Northern Ireland. The event offers a 10K and a half marathon, both starting within the scenic grounds of Hillsborough Castle. The courses wind through surrounding forest areas and historic local landmarks such as Hillsborough Fort and Hillsborough Lake, before returning to the castle grounds to finish in the lively event village.
The race features accurately marked miles, pacers, chip timing, and post-race goodies. Participants receive a unique themed medal and free race photos. Group bookings and optional technical t-shirts are available.
