US Road Running - Richmond
The US Road Running event in Richmond, Kentucky, features multiple distances on an out-and-back course located at White Hall Shrine Road. Participants can choose from three distinct race lengths:
- 5K
- 10K
- 13.1 Miles (Half Marathon)
The 5K and 10K courses utilize a 1.56-mile out-and-back loop. Runners completed the 5K by traveling this loop two times, while the 10K requires four circuits. The Half Marathon uses a different 2.18-mile out-and-back loop, requiring participants to finish six laps. There is a total course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all events.
Race packets are available for pickup beginning 30 minutes before the start and closing 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the event. All participants must register through the specified online platform, as there is no registration available at the race location on the day of the event.
Finishers receive a medal upon completion of their race. This event is part of the US Road Running Race Series, allowing participants to earn points.
