Paws to The Pavement 5K : April 18, 2026
The event takes place on April 18, 2026, at White Hall Park, 500 White Hall Shrine Road, Richmond, KY 40475. It is a run/walk benefitting Bluegrass Bully Rescue. The course is paved and described as scenic at historic White Hall Park in Madison County. Dogs are allowed on a fixed leash; extendable leashes are not permitted.

Race features listed include chip timing, commemorative short-sleeved T-shirts (limited sizes), packet pickup and on-site registration, and a kids dash that goes around the pond. Awards are given to the top male and female overall finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in age groups using 5-year divisions, from 13 and under up to 70+. There is also an award for the top canine finisher. All Kids Dash participants receive an item. The organizers state that 100% of proceeds will be donated to Bluegrass Bully Rescue, a non-profit volunteer dog rescue serving Central Kentucky that places dogs in foster homes and ensures they are vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed or neutered before adoption.
