Event overview
The Viking 5K, 10K, & Half Marathon takes place on February 14, 2026, at Whitehall Park in Richmond, KY 40475 US. The event includes three distances:

- 10K
- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, awards, series points, and a best costume category are listed as part of the event offerings.
Course details
The 5K and 10K use a repeating out-and-back segment listed as 0.78M for the base segment and 1.56M for the out-and-back. The 5K completes that out-and-back two times; the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses a different repeating out-and-back segment listed as 1.09M for the base segment and 2.18M for the out-and-back, completed six times for the half marathon distance.
