Healing in Motion 5K

Healing in Motion 5K is a community running event at White Hall Park in Richmond, Kentucky. The main event is a timed 5K on paved trail surfaces. The event also includes a free Kid's Dash for children 9 and under, a virtual 5K option, and volunteer opportunities.

Race features include commemorative unisex T-shirts provided with registration while supplies last, free race photos, and timing services by a third party. Awards are planned for the top three men and top three women overall and for the top three men and top three women in ten-year age divisions. Participation medals are included for all children in the Kid's Dash.
