Event Overview
The Pirate 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon takes place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Veterans Memorial Park in Hudson, Florida. Participants can choose from three distances:
- 5K – $30 registration fee.
- 10K – $45 registration fee.
- Half Marathon – $65 registration fee.
Course and Logistics
All races start together. The course is an out-and-back route on shared roads. The 5K completes the loop twice, the 10K completes it four times, and the Half Marathon completes it six times. There is an overall course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Participant Information
All registration must be completed online via RunSignup; no on-site registration is available. Packet pickup occurs at a shelter behind the Aquatic Center splash pad, starting 30 minutes before the race start and ending 10 minutes before it begins.
Awards and Extras
All finishers receive a themed medal. A best costume contest is encouraged, with an award given at the beginning of the race after a group photo is taken. The event awards points toward the US Road Running Race Series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
