Event overview
The Pirate 5K and 10K takes place on April 11, 2026, at Fred Howard Park in Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. The event includes two distance options:
- 5K
- 10K
All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is scheduled to begin 30 minutes before the race and to end 10 minutes before the race starts. A race contact form is available for questions. The event lists finisher medals and a shirt and gear shop. The organizer also provides Best Costume recognition, series points, and awards, and posts a frequently asked questions page.
Course and logistics
Parking is available in the lot next to the restrooms and pavilion 6 at Fred Howard Park. The course information lists a segment of 0.52 miles and describes an out-and-back of 1.04 miles. The 5K uses that course segment three times and the 10K uses it six times. The course time limit is 2:00 hours. A race video and map references are provided by the organizer.
