The Luau 5K, 10K, & Half Marathon takes place on May 2, 2026, at Stith-Talbert Park in Rocky Mount, NC (799 Pennsylvania Ave, 27801). All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. The organizer is US Road Running.

The event offers these distances:

- 10K
- Half Marathon
The 5K and 10K use the same out-and-back loop of 0.78 miles (one out-and-back = 1.56 miles). The 5K completes that out-and-back twice and the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses an out-and-back loop of 1.09 miles (one out-and-back = 2.18 miles) and repeats that out-and-back six times.
