The Medal Madness race takes place on June 6, 2026, at Stith-Talbert Park in Rocky Mount, NC (799 Pennsylvania Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27801). The event includes three distance options.

Course and logistics
The 5K and 10K use a short out-and-back segment listed as 0.78M; the full out-and-back measures 1.56M. The 5K completes that out-and-back two times, and the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses a different out-and-back segment listed as 1.09M; the full out-and-back measures 2.18M and is repeated six times for the half marathon distance. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.
