Eagle 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon
The US Road Running event in Punta Gorda offers three distinct road races held at South County Regional Park. Participants can choose between several distances conducted on an asphalt surface. All runners must register online prior to the event, as there is no registration available on the day of the race. Packet pickup is scheduled at the venue shortly before the start.
The event features a course layout based on out-and-back loops. The 5K and 10K routes utilize a 0.78-mile course segment. The 5K participants complete this out-and-back section two times, while those in the 10K complete it four times. The Half Marathon follows a different course segment of 1.09 miles, requiring participants to complete the out-and-back loop six times.

The race has a total time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Facilities including bathrooms are situated near the starting line. Parking for the event is available near the local baseball fields.
