American Cancer Society Color Run
This event is a Relay For Life color run and walk held in September 2026 at Babcock Ranch, Founder's Square, 42850 Crescent Loop, Punta Gorda, FL 33982. It features a chip timed 5K run/walk and a non timed 1 mile fun run/walk.

- 3.1 Miles 5K Run/Walk, chip timed by Beach Bum Timing
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, not timed and no bib issued
Registration opens 30 March 2026 and closes 12 August 2026. Age based pricing applies; participants 18 years old and under are charged $20. A shirt cutoff date is 22 August 2026; registrations after that date are not guaranteed a shirt. Race day registration and packet pickup are available and early packet pickup is offered at the Babcock Ranch Lifestyle Office.
Awards are presented in person and will not be shipped. Overall awards cover overall and masters age categories and there are age group awards for top three male and female finishers in specified age brackets. Post race refreshments are provided. Water stations are located at the halfway point and at the finish. Restrooms are located next to the start line and free parking is available near Founder's Square. Strollers and leashed dogs are permitted and must start at the back of the field; leash and vaccination rules apply. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
