Pirate 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon at Punta Gorda, FL
The Pirate race day takes place on April 11, 2026 at South County Regional Park in Punta Gorda, FL. The event offers three distance options run on asphalt paths within the park.
- 5K - 0.78M segment, out and back repeated two times
- 10K - 0.78M segment, out and back repeated four times
- Half Marathon - 1.09M segment, out and back repeated six times
The courses use short out and back segments that are repeated to achieve each distance. The surface is asphalt. Bathrooms are located by the starting line, and parking is available by the baseball fields. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
All participants must register online on RunSignup; there is no on site registration. The event includes finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume recognition, series points, and awards as part of the race offerings. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
