Event details
The Pirate 5K, 10K, & Half Marathon takes place on April 11, 2026 in Punta Gorda, Florida at South County Regional Park, 670 Cooper St. The event offers the following race distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race starts. Parking is available by the baseball fields.
Course and logistics
All courses use asphalt surfaces. Bathrooms are located by the starting line. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Course formats are out-and-back laps with these lap lengths and lap counts:
- 5K: out-and-back of 1.56 miles, completed two times
- 10K: out-and-back of 1.56 miles, completed four times
- Half Marathon: out-and-back of 2.18 miles, completed six times
