Event overview
The Haunted event is scheduled for October 3, 2026, at Shamrock Park, 3900 Shamrock Dr, Venice, FL 34293. The event is organized by US Road Running and includes multiple distances.

Course and logistics
The course surfaces are a mix of concrete and asphalt. The start is located on the path behind the Nature Center. Bathrooms are available in the Nature Center. Packet pickup is provided. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.
Course formats and loop counts:
- The 5K and 10K use the same out-and-back course; the 5K completes one out-and-back, the 10K completes two.
- The half marathon uses a longer out-and-back course and completes that out-and-back four times.
A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies. The event lists finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards. An FAQ and contact option are available through the organizer. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
