Event overview
The Medal Madness event at Shamrock Park in Venice, FL is scheduled for September 5, 2026. The event features the following distances:

Course and logistics
The start is located on the path behind the Nature Center; participants reach it by going through the Nature Center. Bathrooms are available inside the Nature Center. The courses are out-and-back formats on mixed surfaces of concrete and asphalt. The 5K/10K course is described as a 3.11-mile out-and-back, with the 5K completing this out-and-back once and the 10K completing it twice. The half marathon course is described as a 3.28-mile out-and-back that is repeated four times. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start.
