US Road Running - Venice
The US Road Running event in Venice, Florida, takes place at Shamrock Park. The race start is located on the path behind the Nature Center, accessible by walking through the building. Facilities, including bathrooms, are available within the Nature Center for participant use.
Participants can choose from three distinct distances:
- 5K: A single out-and-back loop totaling 3.11 miles.
- 10K: Two repetitions of the out-and-back course.
- Half Marathon: Four repetitions of a 3.28-mile out-and-back loop.
The course surfaces consist of a mixture of concrete and asphalt. A total time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes is enforced for all distances. All participants receive a finisher medal after completing their respective race.
Registration is required through RunSignup prior to the event, as there is no option for on-site registration. Packet pickup is conducted at the event location shortly before the start.
