The US Road Running race in Augusta, Georgia, is a themed event featuring multiple distance options for participants. The race is part of the US Road Running Race Series, allowing participants to earn points toward the series standings. Registration is required through the RunSignup platform, as no on-site registration is provided on the day of the event.
The event offers three distinct distance options:
- 5K: An out-and-back course completed once.
- 10K: An out-and-back course completed twice.
- Half Marathon: An out-and-back course completed four times.
All courses are located within the park and follow an out-and-back format. There is a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all distances. Packet pickup is conducted on-site starting 30 minutes before the event begins and concludes 10 minutes prior to the start.
Participants are encouraged to wear costumes, and special recognition is given for the best costume, although it is not a requirement for entry.
