T-Bred 5K and 1 Mile Trot
The T-Bred 5K and 1 Mile Trot is a community running event held at Virginia Acres Park (Odell Weeks Activity Center) in Aiken, South Carolina. The event benefits South Aiken High School's Cross Country and Track and Field programs.

The 1 Mile Trot is electronically timed and uses the Virginia Acres walking track. The 5K follows a USATF certified course, listed as course number SC21006DW, and starts and finishes on the Virginia Acres walking track. The route follows historic roads around a local equestrian area.
Awards are given to the overall top three male and female 5K finishers, the top male and female masters participants age 40 and up, and the top three male and female chip timed finishers in each age division. Age divisions are 12 and under; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 and up.
T-shirts are guaranteed for participants who register before February 16, 2026; later registrants receive extra shirts on a first come, first serve basis. Available sizes include YM, YL, AS, AM, AL, AXL, and AXXL.
Strollers are allowed. Dogs are allowed if leashed. Walking is permitted with courtesy toward other participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
