US Road Running - DeLand
The Haunted race event in DeLand, Florida, offers multiple distances for participants as part of the US Road Running Race Series. Held at 2100 Fatio Rd, the event features several road running options:
- 5K: An out-and-back course completed twice.
- 10K: An out-and-back course completed four times.
- Half Marathon: An out-and-back course completed six times.
The 5K and 10K participants utilize a 0.78-mile course, making each full out-and-back loop 1.56 miles. Half Marathon participants run on a 1.09-mile course, resulting in a 2.18-mile out-and-back loop. All events have a cumulative course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Registration is required in advance through RunSignup, as there is no on-site registration. Runners can pick up their race packets at the location starting 30 minutes before the event begins.
The start location has limited parking available. Participants are encouraged to use the overflow parking area, which is situated approximately 0.50 miles from the starting line.
