Event Overview
The Haunted 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at DeBary is a road running event held at Gemini Springs Park in Florida. All participants must register online in advance, as there is no option for on-site registration. The event features a concrete course with a total time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all participants.
Distances
The race offers three different distances:
- 5K: A single out-and-back loop on a 1.56-mile course.
- 10K: Two out-and-back loops on the 1.56-mile course.
- Half Marathon: Four out-and-back loops on a 1.64-mile course.
Location and Logistics
The event is staged at the O.K. Corral shelter within Gemini Springs Park, accessible via Dirksen Drive. Participants can park in the West Parking loop after turning right at the first stop sign. If this area reaches capacity, additional parking is available in the East Parking section. Restrooms are located across from the West Parking loop, situated beyond the park playground.
Check-in and bib collection take place at the O.K. Corral shelter starting 30 minutes before the event begins. Finishing medals are provided to participants, and the race is part of a series that tracks points and offers awards for various performances, including a costume contest.
