Pirate 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Knoxville, TN (14)
This event offers three distances held at Holston River Park in Knoxville, Tennessee. The starting line is located near Shelter #1. Registration is handled through RunSignup; on-site registration is not available. Packet pickup is provided before the race.
Course format and repeats are specified for each distance. The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course; the 5K covers the course twice and the 10K covers it four times. The Half Marathon also uses an out-and-back course and completes that course six times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
All finishers receive a themed finisher medal. The race awards points toward the US Road Running Race Series and includes event awards. Participants are invited to wear costumes although costumes are not required.
