Event Details
The 5K run course goes through the Johnson University campus. Overall and age group awards are given in 10-year increments. The Family Walk/Run is described as family-friendly and stroller-friendly. The Hero's Challenge involves a series of physical tasks: a one-mile run, 140 burpees, 140 lunges, and 140 squats, followed by another one-mile run to the finish. For the team event, all members run the first mile together. The exercises can be divided among team members, with only one member performing exercises at a time.
