The event takes place at Green Springs Park, 994 Enterprise Osteen Rd, Deltona, Florida 32725. Overflow parking is available at Deltona Sunshine Senior Center, 980 Lakeshore Dr, Deltona.

Each distance is run on an out-and-back loop that is repeated for the required distance: the 5K completes the loop twice, the 10K four times, and the half marathon six times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
All participants must register online through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Registration fees listed by event are $30 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $65 for the half marathon.
