PawPals 4 Life 5k : PawPals Endeavor 2026: Spoooky Edition

PawPals 4 Life 5k is an in-person, off-road 3.1 mile trail event at Rock Springs Run State Reserve Trail in Sorrento, Florida. The event is dog-friendly; each registered participant (PawRent) may enter the dog-friendly 5k with one dog (PawPal) included in the basic registration. Additional dogs may be registered for an extra charge, up to a maximum of four PawPals per PawRent.

In-person registration includes an official event t-shirt, a finisher medal for the participant, and a matching finisher medal and bandana for the registered PawPal. General admission to the event for the participant and one guest is included with in-person 5k registration. Parking is located in the park and is free.

Packet pickup will be available through Front Running Sports on dates to be determined, and packet pickup on race day will also be offered. Race timing will be provided; in-person participants will be timed using a disposable chip attached to the back of the race bib. Shirt sizes are guaranteed to participants who register early while supplies last. Race registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Participants should be prepared for trail conditions such as soft sand, standing water, mud, rocks, roots, and wildlife, and must keep pets confined, leashed, or otherwise under physical control at all times. Leashes may not exceed six feet in length, and proof of current rabies vaccination may be requested at check-in. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
