Event information
St. Paddy's Run is a 5K and 10K running event held at Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville, Florida on March 15, 2026. Distances offered:

The courses are certified and run through Evergreen Cemetery, described as passing under oak and magnolia trees and being about 90 percent shaded. Miles and turns are marked and there are digital clocks at most miles. Timing is by a chip attached to the race number; participants are asked not to fold or cover the chip and to wear the number on the front of clothing.
Registration, logistics and awards
Registration is available online and in person at 1st Place Sports stores; entry fees vary by registration date and there is a discounted fee for ages 13 and under and ages 65 and older. There are no refunds. Packet pickup is available at selected 1st Place Sports locations on the Friday and Saturday before the event and at the Baymeadows store for day-of pickup. Race shirts are technical, gender specific, and may not be guaranteed for late registrants. All finishers receive a finisher medal.
Both the 5K and 10K have overall and age-group awards. The 10K offers prize money with checks mailed to winners (1st place $200, 2nd $100, 3rd $50; 1st place masters $50); masters may also qualify for open prizes. Bikes and dogs are not allowed on the course. The event is part of the Jacksonville Grand Prix series and awards points to top finishers in age groups.
